Data Entry & Processing Outsourcing

Data Entry & Processing

Data you can actually trust

High-volume data work handled by degree-qualified teams, with quality checks built into the workflow rather than sampled at the end — and capacity that scales to the job instead of sitting idle between them.

How the work flows

Accuracy is a process, not a promise

Anyone can claim high accuracy. What matters is where in the workflow the checking happens — and whether you can see the result.

Stage 1

Define

Data types, formats, volumes and the accuracy threshold we'll be held to — agreed before anything is touched.

Stage 2

Validate

Validation rules applied at the point of entry, so errors are caught as they happen rather than found later.

Stage 3

Check

Structured QA sampling against the agreed threshold, with anything ambiguous flagged for your decision rather than guessed at.

Stage 4

Report

Accuracy measured and reported on an agreed cycle, so quality is a number you can see rather than something you hope for.

Stage 5

Maintain

Scheduled upkeep so quality doesn't decay back to where it started once the project is done.

What we handle

Project work and ongoing upkeep

Product catalogue management

Listing creation and maintenance — descriptions, specifications, attributes, categorisation, pricing updates and image association across your store and marketplaces.

CRM and database maintenance

Record creation and updates, deduplication, contact enrichment and activity logging — the upkeep that keeps a CRM trustworthy rather than merely populated.

Document digitisation

Converting paper and scanned records into structured data, with consistent indexing so documents are retrievable rather than simply stored.

Data cleansing

Identifying and correcting errors, standardising formats, resolving duplicates and flagging records that need a decision. Usually the highest-value work, because everything downstream depends on it.

Migration support

Mapping, preparing and validating data ahead of a system change, plus post-migration verification against source records.

Invoice and form processing

Extracting data from invoices, purchase orders, applications and forms into your systems, with validation applied and exceptions flagged.

Research and list building

Compiling structured datasets from defined sources — prospect lists, market data, competitor pricing — to an agreed schema.

Ongoing maintenance

Scheduled updates and routine checks, so the dataset you paid to clean stays clean.

The commercial case

Data arrives in waves. Headcount doesn't.

Scale to the work

A migration, a catalogue overhaul or a seasonal spike needs capacity you can't justify employing year-round. Teams flex to the volume instead of the volume being rationed to fit permanent staff.

Scale back without redundancy

When the project ends, reducing a contracted team is a commercial conversation — not an HR process with cost and disruption attached.

Prove it before you commit

We'd encourage a paid pilot batch measured against your own accuracy bar. It's a better basis for a decision than any claim on a website.

And as the employer, we carry:

Employer National Insurance
Pension auto-enrolment
Holiday and sick cover
Recruitment and replacement
Training and quality management
Equipment and connectivity
Premises and desk space
HR, payroll and supervision

You pay one agreed rate. Everything above sits with us.

Bad data doesn't announce itself. It just makes every decision slightly worse.

Which is why we check as we go, rather than at the end.
Straight answers

Questions worth asking first

What accuracy can you commit to?

Thresholds are agreed during discovery based on your data type and how it's used, then measured and reported against. We'd rather agree a number we can hold than quote a headline figure.

Will you run a pilot?

Yes, and we'd encourage it. A sample batch measured against your own bar tells you far more than anything we could claim here.

How is it priced?

Either as a contracted team or against volume, depending on whether the work is continuous or project-based. We'll recommend whichever fits your pattern of work rather than whichever suits us.

Can you scale up for one project?

Yes — surge capacity for migrations, catalogue overhauls and seasonal peaks is one of the most common reasons clients use us.

How do you protect our data?

Access controls, storage, retention and destruction procedures are agreed and documented before any data is transferred, with confidentiality agreements covering everyone on the account.

What happens with ambiguous records?

They're flagged for your decision rather than guessed at. Agreeing how exceptions are handled is part of the design stage.

Can you work in our systems?

Yes. We work inside your existing platforms and tools rather than asking you to change them.

If it costs less, doesn't accuracy suffer?

Our saving comes from where employment costs sit, not from hiring cheaper people. Every team member is a graduate, Academy-trained before client work, and working inside a checked process.
