What a Savari VA takes on

Everything that shouldn't need you

The work that's important but not the work only you can do.

Calendar and diary

Scheduling, rescheduling, conflict resolution, reminders and preparation briefs ahead of meetings.

Inbox management

Triaging, flagging, drafting responses, following up and keeping the inbox to a state where nothing important gets missed.

Research and briefing

Prospect research, background prep, supplier comparison, market information and summarised briefings before meetings or decisions.

Travel and logistics

Booking, itineraries, accommodation, visa requirements, expense collation and post-trip administration.

CRM and records

Contact management, follow-up logging, pipeline updates, note capture after meetings and keeping records current.

Document preparation

Presentations, reports, proposals, agendas, minutes and formatting documents to the standard they need to be in before they go out.

Supplier and client admin

Coordinating with suppliers, chasing responses, managing contracts and correspondence that doesn't need to come directly from you.

Ad hoc tasks

The miscellaneous work that accumulates — online purchases, event bookings, gift sourcing, data entry, form submissions, anything that takes time and attention without requiring your specific expertise.

Dedicated vs pooled

One person, working for you

Savari VAs are dedicated — one assistant working on your account, learning your preferences and building the context that makes support useful over time.

Pooled VA services

Different person each time. No memory of your preferences, systems or context. Constant re-briefing. No relationship to build on.

Works for truly transactional tasks. Not for support that requires judgement, anticipation or knowledge of how you work.

Savari dedicated VA

One person, matched to you. Learns your preferences, your contacts, your systems and how you like things done.

Support that gets better over time rather than resetting every request.

The commercial case

One rate. No employment on-costs.

As the employer, we carry everything below. You pay one agreed rate.

Employer National Insurance
Pension auto-enrolment
Holiday pay and cover
Sick pay and absence cover
Recruitment and replacement
Training and development
Desk, equipment, connectivity
HR, payroll and management overhead

You pay one agreed rate. Everything above sits with us.

The best VAs make you wonder how you managed without them.

That takes time, context and a relationship. Which is exactly why dedicated beats pooled every time.
Straight answers

Questions worth asking first

What hours does a Savari VA work?

Hours are matched to your working day. If you're UK-based, your VA works UK hours. Coverage beyond standard hours can be arranged where needed.

How quickly can someone be ready?

Typically weeks. After Savari Academy training, your VA is trained on your specific tools and processes before going live.

What if my needs change over time?

A dedicated VA adapts as you do. New tasks, new tools, new processes — it's an ongoing relationship, not a fixed scope.

Can a VA manage things I'd rather not delegate to someone local?

Yes. The combination of professional training, confidentiality agreements and physical distance makes VAs well-suited for sensitive tasks that feel uncomfortable to delegate internally.

Can they handle my email directly?

Yes. Access, permissions and protocols — what they can send independently versus what needs your approval — are agreed during onboarding.

Do they work in my tools or theirs?

Yours. We don't require you to change your systems. Your VA is trained on whatever you use.

What happens if I need more support at busy times?

Planned increases in scope are handled through a conversation about what's needed and whether it requires more hours or a second person.

Is a VA the same as an executive assistant?

The work overlaps significantly. If you need someone who operates at senior executive support level, that's a conversation for the discovery call — we'll match the right person to what you actually need.

Ready to stop doing work that shouldn't need you?

Twenty minutes is enough to work out what to move first and what that would cost.
