Look after the team. The service follows.
Our ambition isn't to be another outsourcing company. It's to be one of the best places to work in our market — and to let clients feel the difference that makes.
Book a 20-minute callOutsourcing quality is usually an attrition problem in disguise
When people leave constantly, accounts lose their knowledge. Training never compounds. The agent who understood your product last quarter has gone, and someone new is learning it on your customers.
Providers competing on price can't escape this, because low pay and thin benefits are exactly what produce the churn. It isn't a management failing — it's the model working as designed.
Building somewhere people want to stay isn't charity. It's the most reliable way we know to deliver service that's still good in month eighteen.
Four standards. No exceptions.
We recruit graduates from universities in our market, and every candidate meets all four before they're offered a place.
Degree-qualified
A university degree, every time. It's a narrow filter and it costs more at recruitment — that's the point.
Excellent English
Written and spoken, assessed properly rather than assumed. Most of this work is judged on how clearly someone communicates.
Strong communication
Not just fluency — the ability to hold an unscripted conversation, read a situation, and explain something clearly under pressure.
Academy-trained
Professional customer service training completed before any client work. Nobody learns on your account.
Training is a stage, not an afterthought
Every employee completes structured training in customer service, communication and professional standards before working with any client — then brand-specific training on the account they join. Development continues afterwards rather than stopping at onboarding, because that's part of how people build a career here rather than passing through.
The commitment, in full
Not perks. The things that determine whether someone builds a life around a job or treats it as a stopgap.
Competitive salaries with real progression
Pay that reflects the standard we recruit to, and defined routes into specialist and leadership roles rather than a ceiling after year one.
Family healthcare
Cover that extends to families, not just the employee.
Education support
Support towards the education of employees' children.
Continuous training
Development that carries on well past onboarding.
Leadership development
Deliberate investment in the people who'll run teams next.
Modern offices
A workplace built for focused work, not a call floor.
Staff transport
Getting to and from work handled, including shift hours.
Meals provided
Proper food on site, every working day.
We're happy to open this up during procurement.

You'll complete the Savari Academy before working with any client, then train on the account you join. From there the route runs into specialist roles, quality and team leadership.
