Outbound Sales Outsourcing

Your pipeline, worked by people who can actually sell.

Qualified leads, booked appointments and win-back campaigns — run by degree-qualified agents trained on your product and your pitch, not a script they read for the first time on day one.

The problem with most outbound

You're paying for dials. We charge for conversations.

Most outsourced outbound fails the same way. The provider fills seats with whoever is available, hands them a script, and measures activity — calls made, hours worked. The result is a high volume of low-quality contact that irritates prospects and produces pipeline your sales team doesn't trust.

Typical outbound provider
Novara
Hired on availability and price
Degree-qualified, recruited for communication
Script-readers with no room to adapt
People who hold off-script conversations
Activity metrics — calls per hour
Outcome metrics — qualified leads and booked meetings
High attrition, constant reset
Retention-focused — agents stay and compound
Volume over quality
Pipeline your closers actually want to work
What we run

Four outbound programmes. One quality standard.

Each programme is designed and trained to your brief — not adapted from a generic template on the morning of go-live.

Lead generation

Lead generation and qualification

Prospecting against your ICP, qualifying to an agreed framework — viable opportunities passed to your team, not raw names from a list. We agree what "qualified" means before we start, not after we've sent you fifty leads that go nowhere.

Appointments

Appointment setting

Qualified meetings booked directly into your team's calendars, with confirmation calls and reminders to cut no-shows. Your closers arrive at conversations that have already been warmed up.

Telemarketing

Telemarketing and campaign delivery

Campaign delivery against agreed scripts, compliance standards and call recording requirements. Outcomes tracked and reported so you can see what's landing — and adjust without waiting for month-end.

Retention

Win-back and retention calls

Contacting lapsed or at-risk customers, capturing why they left, presenting offers within agreed authority. The calls that rarely get made in-house because something more urgent always comes first.

The commercial case

Cheaper than a sales team. Better than a junior one.

Hiring in-house SDRs means carrying the full cost of employment — not just salaries. As the employer, we carry all of this:

Employer National Insurance
Pension auto-enrolment
Holiday pay and cover
Sick pay and absence cover
Recruitment and replacement
Sales training and Academy delivery
Desk, equipment, telephony
HR, payroll and management

You pay one agreed rate. Everything above sits with us.

The saving doesn't come from hiring cheaper people or skipping training. It comes from where the cost of employment sits — which is exactly why we can still hire graduates only and train everyone on your product before they make a single call.

A good outbound call isn't about persistence. It's about knowing enough to make the conversation worth having.

Which is why we train before anyone dials.
How it works

From brief to live pipeline.

1

Discovery

Your ICP, your territories, your qualification criteria, and the outcomes you're measuring against.

2

Script and playbook

We build the call framework with you — not a rigid script, a structure that leaves room for an actual conversation.

3

Training

Academy training in professional communication, then deep training on your product, objection handling and handover process.

4

Nesting

Supervised live calls with QA listening before solo dialling. Nobody goes unsupervised until they're ready.

5

Go live

Controlled ramp, daily and weekly reporting against agreed metrics, scaling as results prove out.

Straight answers

Questions worth asking first.

How is quality measured?

Against measures you agree upfront — connection rate, conversation rate, qualification rate, meetings booked and show rate. Activity metrics exist but they're not how we define success.

Can you work with our CRM?

Yes. We log calls, update records and book meetings inside your existing stack — Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or whatever you use.

Do you handle compliance?

Yes. TPS and CTPS checking, call recording requirements, consent rules and any sector-specific obligations are agreed and documented before the campaign starts.

What's the minimum team size?

Two or three agents is a workable starting point — enough to run a real campaign and prove the model before scaling. We'd rather start small and build on results than overcommit on both sides.

Can you warm-transfer leads directly to our closers?

Yes — warm transfer, calendar booking or CRM update, whichever your team's handover process requires.

How quickly can a campaign be live?

Weeks in most cases. The timeline is usually set by how long your product training takes, not by our recruitment.

If it costs less, doesn't quality suffer?

That's the right question. Our saving comes from where employment costs sit, not from hiring cheaper people. Graduates only, trained on your product before any live call, and real investment in retention so agents compound rather than reset.

Can you cover multiple territories or time zones?

Yes. Coverage hours are agreed around your target markets rather than a standard working day — and extending them doesn't mean paying shift premiums for hard-to-fill local hours.
